1. Who we are

AutoTradie is operated by DLRN Developments in Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit or use AutoTradie.

Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to autotradieapp@gmail.com.

2. Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, AutoTradie may handle:

  • Account and authentication details, such as your name, email address and sign-in identifiers.
  • Business profile information, including business name, trade, ABN, phone number, email address and service suburb.
  • Information you enter about customers, staff, jobs, addresses, door-knocking visits, notes, outcomes, follow-ups, services, quotes, invoices and schedules.
  • Information submitted through a connected Meta Page or lead form, which may include a person's name, contact details and enquiry answers.
  • Website addresses and business information you ask AutoTradie to import.
  • Prompts and relevant business context you provide when using AI features, along with basic technical and security information needed to operate the service.
  • Subscription and plan status when you use paid features.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure AutoTradie, maintain your workspace, organise business records, support requested features, respond to enquiries, process subscriptions, troubleshoot issues and meet legal obligations.

When you request an AI feature, the relevant prompt and business context may be processed by OpenAI through Replit AI Integrations to provide that feature. We aim to send only the record categories relevant to your latest request. Review AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.

Meta lead imports are inbound-only. AutoTradie does not automatically call, text or email people whose information is imported as a lead.

4. Service providers and integrations

We use service providers to operate features you choose to use. Depending on your use of AutoTradie, information may be processed by:

  • Replit: application hosting, database and file storage.
  • Clerk: account authentication and sign-in.
  • OpenAI through Replit AI Integrations: AI features requested by you.
  • Meta: account connection and the Page and lead-form information you choose to import.
  • Whop: subscription checkout and payment processing. AutoTradie may receive plan or payment-status information; payment details are handled by Whop.
  • OpenStreetMap and its Nominatim search service: map tiles and address lookups when you use map features. Address searches may be sent to Nominatim.
  • Twilio and Retell AI: only if you separately configure and enable Call AI. Live calling and recording retention are not enabled by default; the information processed depends on the settings you choose.

5. When information may be shared

We may share information with the providers listed above to deliver requested features, with members you authorise in your business workspace, or when required to comply with law, protect people or investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information for money.

Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Where cross-border handling applies, we take steps required by applicable privacy law.

6. Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information while needed to provide AutoTradie, maintain your workspace, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information by emailing autotradieapp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

7. Cookies and similar storage

AutoTradie and its authentication provider may use cookies or browser storage that are needed for sign-in, session security and core app features. Your browser settings can control cookies, but blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

8. Your choices and responsibilities

You can choose whether to connect Meta, use AI features or enable optional integrations. You are responsible for having the authority and any required notices or permissions to enter customer, staff or lead information into your workspace.

You may contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

9. Children

AutoTradie is designed for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided to AutoTradie, contact us so we can review the request.

10. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy when AutoTradie or its data practices change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at autotradieapp@gmail.com. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another applicable privacy regulator.
